web2expense TE(w2e TE) allows users to upload and manage receipt and invoice images electronically. The hassle of paper receipts creates an enormous burden on employees as well as an organization's accounting departments.

With w2e TE, accounting departments can set the receipt image requirements for a certain expense limits using expense policies.

The expense report header clearly identifies the receipt requirements as well as expense policy assignment for the employee. Employees can upload their receipts into expense reports and as well as invoices to comply with organization expense policy requirements. The attachments are viewable to managers who are approving the expense reports. 

Finally, accounting department can review and approve payments for those expense reports that comply with determined expense policy guidelines.

All approvals are recorded and reported for auditing.
